Cancellation Policy

Sun & Beauty Boutique kindly request that customer’s give us 24 hours cancellation notice if you are unable to make your appointment.

If the required notice is not given and payment is not made, we will require 50% deposit for the missed treatment.

If the treatment has been paid in full (a deposit has been paid) and 24 hours cancellation notice has not been given, then the customer will not be entitled to any refund.

During busy periods we may require full payment before we will honour the booking.

Amending your booking

If you need to amend your booking for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible so we can give your appointment to another customer. We kindly request that you give us 24 hours notice, otherwise we will require a 50% deposit or in some instances full payment will be required in order to secure your new booking.

Please note that during busy periods we may require full payment before we will honour the booking.
